Back in 2018 the mental health bill became the catalyst for bringing together 5 passionate individuals both with Filipino and international backgrounds to create a platform that would make mental health more accessible and more affordable in the Philippines. The 5 founders Yuri Marshall, Michael Needham, Cameron Quin, Mark Pagal and Ben Arnold each have their own personal experiences when it comes to mental health, but the one thing that they shared was their drive to establish a support mechanism for the mental health bill, and that kickstarted the idea of Mind You.
At Mind You its aim is to provide accessible and affordable psychological support for large working communities and individuals from anywhere at any time in the Philippines.
Mind You embraces Brené Brown’s acronym to create more trust within Mind You, for our customers, and partners. It stands for establishing strong Boundaries; being Reliable and Accountable; having a Vault of knowledge; exercising Integrity; practicing Non-judgement and making Generous assumptions towards others.
