What You Need To Know About Canceling Your Session
Need to cancel your session? Don’t worry. It’s as easy as 5 steps!

How can I cancel?

Step 1: Log in to your Mind You dashboard via the Mind You App
Step 2: Click ‘View Details
Step 3: Click the ‘Cancel‘ button
Step 4: Let us know why you are cancelling your session, and click ‘Confirm Cancellation

If you cancel before 24 hours, you will have the ability to book another session at your convenience. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not have the ability to book a new session.

Appointment No-Shows

Unable to attend your scheduled session at the last minute?
What can you do next? Here are some do’s, don’ts, and reminders.

DO

  • Reach out to us at support@mindyou.com.ph. with your appointment date, time, your selected psychologist, and explain your reason for not being able to attend the session. Rest assured, our team will get back to you at the soonest possible time to help sort out your next steps!

DON’T

  • Feel the need to explain yourself to your attending psychologist, especially if the time for your session has come and gone; as they are likely to be in the middle of their next appointment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Your Mind You psychologist will only be waiting for you for 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes of your appointment time are up and you still have not appeared to have your session, your session will be completed as a “No Show” and you will have to book a new Mind You session.
