What You Need To Know About Canceling Your Session
Need to cancel your session? Don’t worry. It’s as easy as 5 steps!
How can I cancel?
Step 1: Log in to your Mind You dashboard via https://portal.mindyou.com.ph/login
Step 2: Click ‘View My Appointment Details’
Step 3: Under ‘Actions‘, click the ‘Cancel‘ button
Step 4: Click on ‘Book a New Appointment‘ to reschedule
Step 5: Let us know why you canceled your session, and click ‘Confirm Cancellation‘
Don’t forget: As much as possible, try not to cancel your appointment within 24 hours so that other members of your organization can book a session too!
What you need to know:
Depending on the subscription your company has with Mind You, your organization may be billed for canceled sessions within 24 hours. Make sure to prevent canceled sessions from being charged to your company by canceling beyond 24 hours.
