We are your trusted partner in integrating well-being into everyday life, helping people feel seen, heard, and supported whenever it matters most.
Our Story
In 2018, a landmark moment in the Philippines—the passing of the Mental Health Act—sparked a movement. The founding team, each with their own personal experiences and diverse backgrounds, came together with a shared vision: to make mental health care accessible and affordable for every Filipino.
Among them was Yuri Marshall, now our CEO, whose journey from suicide survivor to leader of one of ASEAN’s most impactful mental health providers is a testament to the power of resilience and hope.
What started as an all-male founding team has beautifully evolved to include remarkable female leaders. These inspiring women now lead within our operations and partner companies, fueling our mission to create a thriving ecosystem of mental well-being that reaches far beyond our borders.
At Mind You, we’re united by a simple yet powerful intention: to provide compassionate, affordable psychological support whenever and wherever it’s needed. Our story is one of overcoming adversity, embracing collaboration, and an unwavering dedication to nurturing mental well-being for all.
Our Purpose
The founders of Mind You identified the significant gap in the state of mental health care in Asia, particularly in the Philippines. With the introduction of the Philippines Mental Health Act in 2018, Mind You recognized the opportunity to improve affordability and access to mental health care for all Filipinos.
Our Mission
